Method of use: recipe for 25 L cuvée: a bag of yeast Turbo X-Pure with a weight of 135 g is sufficient for 25 L cuvée. In order for the yeast to develop its full possibilities, it is important to proceed according to the instructions on the packaging. Select fermentation variant (see table). Pour into a fermentation container I portion of sugar and dissolve it in an appropriate amount of lukewarm water with a temperature of 28 °C. Then pour all the contents of the bag onto the surface of the liquid, leave for 10 minutes and stir thoroughly. Allow the prepared solution to ferment for the number of days indicated in the table at a temperature of 22-25°C, preferably in a dark room. *For variants II and III, carefully add another sugar portion after 24-48 hours, if the sugar concentration in the cuvée is approx. 10-12blg. It is best to first approx. Add 100g of sugar and wait for the foam to sink - then add the remaining sugar and mix. Please note: the cuvée will foam during fermentation. Note: use the whole pack for one cuvée. The sweet aftertaste after completed fermentation is due to the glycerol produced by the yeast. Ingredients: yeast, potassium phosphate, magnesium sulphate, magnesium oxide, calcium carbonate, vitamin B1. Product for distillery only.
