It is made of high quality stainless steel and has three loops. The whisk head runs the entire length of the handle, so it never bends or breaks. The table scraper is made of durable BPA-free plastic and scrapes bowls and cuts dough with the best of them. The proofing basket is large, so it is also suitable for large family loafs.
