Knee Wraps vs. Knee Sleeves
Knee wraps are a vital accessory if you are a powerlifter. If your lower body workouts consist of low reps and high weight, wraps will limit flexibility and hold your knee in place. Slow movements are benefitted from the extreme stability provided by wraps.
Knee sleeves are helpful if your workouts demand your entire range of motion and consist of fast movements. Light compression and muscle warmth help prevent injuries while relaxing your muscles.
Note: To ensure the longevity of the BODYPROX knee wraps, ensure the Velcro is reattached to the proper receiving area to prevent Velcro from attaching to the wrap itself. Doing so will avoid pulls in the wrap.
