Directions For Use

Application (App) Installation Ensure your smart phone or tablet is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Smart Body Composition Scale can connect via Bluetooth® to smart phones or tablets. To do so, you will need to install the Feelfit App. The easiest way to do this is to search for the App “Feelfit” in the Apple Store or Google Play to download to your device. Then register and enter your details (gender, age, height etc. are required to accurately calculate your body metrics).You can add multiple users to the one App if needed by selecting ‘Add a member’ or alternatively each user can use their own smart phone or tablet. Next pair the scale with the App by following the onscreen prompts: 1) Step onto the scale. 2) Select the BodiSure Scale icon and this will pair to your device. 3) To manually pair - Touch the + on the top right corner of the screen. Touch device management and this should find the scale. This product supports the following system requirements: • Android 4.3 and above. • iOS 8.0 and above.

Using the Body Composition Scale 1) Step on the product safely with clean bare feet evenly apart, ensuring they are in contact with the 4 x conductive silver electrodes (the product will automatically turn on once you stand on it). 2) Stand straight with good posture and remain still: - The number on the display will initially flash twice to confirm the weight measurement is finished. Remain still to complete the other parameter measurements. - The number 0 scrolling means the other parameters are being measured. - Once the number 0 stops scrolling and is a stable figure showing your weight this means that the other parameters are completed and you can step off the product. 3) The data will be automatically transferred to the Feelfit App 4) When you step off the product, it will automatically turn-off after 7 seconds. The product will also automatically turn-off after the reading is obtained while you are standing on it after 10 seconds. 5) Should you wish to take another reading, please step off the product and wait for the display to turn off and then step back on again.

Storage • Wipe away any dirt and dust from the product. • Store in a safe cool dry place, on level ground, away from children as per Safety Warnings. • DO NOT place any heavy objects on the product.

Product Info Warnings

• DO NOT use the product with any electronic medical devices e.g. implants such as pacemakers; life support systems; or devices attached to the body such as ECG machines, as the product may cause these devices to malfunction which could result in death or serious injury. • DO NOT use if you are or may be pregnant as the values will be inaccurate. • Keep the product, its components and batteries out of reach of children. • Keep children away from the packaging material. Ensure that the packaging bag is not put over the head as this is a suffocation hazard or choking hazard if swallowed. • DO NOT let children play with the product. • DO NOT overload the product with more than 180kg/396lb. • Place the product on a solid flat surface before use. It will not measure correctly on soft ground such as carpet or uneven floors. • DO NOT place the product on wet floors, including tiles or other slippery surfaces. The product is slippery when wet. Make sure the product is fully dry prior to use. • DO NOT use immediately after a shower, bath, sauna. DO NOT use if any part of your body is wet. Important Safety Information - continued • Avoid using the product during or immediately after strenuous exercise after heavy alcohol consumption; during or immediately after excessive food or drink intake; or when a fever is present. • DO NOT wear socks or shoes when using the product, always have bare feet. • Use a handrail when stepping on the product. • DO NOT allow the product to become saturated with water as this can damage the electronics. • DO NOT step on the edge or LED display of the product. • DO NOT drop, jump or bounce on the product, as it is a precision instrument. • DO NOT attempt to open or disassemble the product. • Use two hands when carrying the product. • Clean the product with a damp cloth and mild detergent, but DO NOT allow water to get inside the product. DO NOT use any harsh chemical cleaning agents. • Always clean/disinfect the product before use when using the product with someone with a skin disease to avoid cross contamination. • Only use batteries specified for the product. • Install the batteries carefully with the polarities in the correct position as per the markings in the battery compartment. • DO NOT use batteries after their expiration date; or new and used batteries together; or different brand batteries together. • Periodically check batteries to ensure they are in good working condition. Replace worn batteries with new ones immediately. Dispose of the old batteries according to current local regulations. • Remove batteries carefully if the product is not going to be used for a long period of time. 6. BodiSure Smart Body Composition Scale Instruction Manual & Warranty Information Important Safety Information - continued • If battery fluid gets in your eyes or touches your skin, immediately rinse with plenty of water and consult a healthcare professional. • DO NOT throw batteries into fire. • DO NOT use with other electrical or medical equipment simultaneously. • DO NOT use or store the product in the following conditions: - Near sources of heat, direct sunlight or high temperature - Moist or humid environments - Dusty locations - Near fire, flammable gas, chemicals or oxygen rich environments - Locations easily subject to vibrations or shock or in a pressurized container - In high frequency or strong magnetic field areas - e.g. surgical equipment, MRI, CT, microwave ovens • Except for wireless communication/transfer of data DO NOT use within 30cm of a mobile device or a device that emits electromagnetic fields as this may cause interference with the functioning of the products. • This product operates in an unlicensed ISM band at 2.4 GHz. In the event this product is used near other wireless devices such as microwave and wireless LAN, which operate on the same frequency band as this product, there is a possibility that interference may occur. If interference occurs, stop the operation of the other devices or relocate this product away from other wireless devices before attempting to use it. • DO NOT place the product upright against a wall or put heavy objects on it. • Store the product safely away on level ground when not in use as it can cause a tripping hazard

Processing Time

  • We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
