3 Liter Vacuum Brake Bleeder
Our lightweight pneumatic brake bleeder, clutch and engine oil change tools feature an automatic shut-off that utilizes a vacuum to bleed, flush, drain and collect standard and ABS hydraulic brake and clutch fluids without causing any spills. It can be operated by one person, provides greater suction for faster bleeding compared to similar products, and does not require a specialized reservoir cover. Our high-capacity pneumatic brake bleeder provides more suction automatically and consistently to bleed brake and clutch lines more quickly than other similar products.
3 Liter Vacuum Brake Bleeding Kit Features:
1.The brake fluid bleeder kit is made of durable, corrosion-resistant plastic that is very easy to clean. This pneumatic brake bleeder can be used to change, transfer and extract brake fluid easily and safely.
2.Our vacuum brake bleeder kit comes with a continuous pumping retaining ring and built-in silencer, which allows the brake fluid extractor to operate at a steady 2CFM air flow while allowing brake fluid to flow quietly and quickly through the hose, providing you with a great working experience.
3.The Dynamic Clutch/Brake Bleeder Kit Tool comes with a European standard connector adapter (add a replaceable universal brake bleeder adapter); this adapter has a quick release and locking feature with European ports for compatibility with most vehicle models as well as for ABS systems.
Instructions for use:
1. Connect the air compressor to the brake bleeder valve. Insert the hose into the reservoir and pump out all the old brake fluid from the master cylinder.
2. Fill the filler bottle with new brake fluid and connect it to the master cylinder reservoir. Keep the reservoir filled to avoid air ingress.
3. Remove the brake screw cap and connect the hose exhaust valve to the caliper. Loosen the exhaust valve screw with a wrench and pull the trigger to start venting.
4. Stop when the brake fluid becomes clear in color, tighten the bleeder screw, remove the rubber adapter and replace the dust cap. Repeat the above steps on the other three wheels
Caution:
1. When bleeding the brakes, be sure to keep the reservoir full of brake fluid to prevent air from entering the system.
2. The level of fluid in the brake fluid reservoir should not exceed the outlet of the filler tank. Turn on the oil filler tank switch.
3. Remove the dust cap from the bleeder screw and attach the bleeder kit to the caliper by putting the universal rubber adapter over the brake screw. Then loosen the screw with a wrench.
4. When the old brake fluid is used up, the bleeder screw must be tightened before removing the rubber hose from the brake screw. Do not remove the rubber hose without tightening the drain screw as air may enter the brake cylinder.
5. Brake fluid is highly corrosive. You must make sure to keep it under control as much as possible and never allow it to come into contact with your paint or skin.
