We are a store. All items are new in mint condition unless stated otherwise above. All items come in their original packaging with all paperwork. We will inspect items to confirm they are mint or upon request.
Insurance, shipping & handling in U.S. is FREE. Payment can be made with PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. We ship through UPS ground; all packages are shipped 1 to 2 days after payment is received and are insured for their full value. Auctions must be paid with in 10 days of ending or a negative comment will be posted. We do NOT accept "best offers". Our best price is listed on eBay. We do NOT offer Layaways on eBay auction items. On all sale items, shipping and handling charges will apply. We do combine shipping charges for multiple items purchased. Please wait to pay for your items until we send you an invoice to obtain the combined shipping charges. Shipping outside of the United States is additional. As of February 1, 2010, we do not ship to all countries. Please request a shipping charge to your location before bidding, we charge actual shipping rates thru the USPS. Pick Ups: We do welcome pick ups at our store after the item has been purchased thru eBay.
Returns: If you wish to return an item you purchased from FairyTales-Inc, you must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item. Shipping fees will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for fees incurred to return items to FairyTales-Inc. Credit for the item will not be issued until FairyTales-Inc receives the item in its original condition it was received. We will not accept items that are returned with out notice. All returns must have a FairyTales-Inc return Authorization number on the box. Damages caused in shipping must be report to FairyTales-Inc with in 3 days after the item is received. FairyTales-Inc will issue a full refund or replace the item after the shipping claim has been issued.
Damages: If you receive a damaged item, please contact us with in 3 days after the item is received. We will replace the item immediately if in stock along with placing a claim with the shipping carrier or the manufacturer of the item. DO NOT ship this item back to us. We will issue a shipping call tag for the item to be picked up or destroyed. We will not accept items returned without notice. If we do not have the item, buyer is welcome to exchange the item for another of equal value. Or we will issue a full refund on the damaged item.
Holiday Shipping: For the Christmas Holiday, Orders must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on December 15, to be received by December 24, in the Continental United States. Orders will be shipped via Fed Ex or USPS unless requested otherwise. Shipping is NOT guaranteed due to unforeseen weather conditions and shipping carriers requirements. Orders shipping International via the Fed Ex or USPS for the Christmas Holiday must be placed and paid for by 2:00 PM on November 30, to be received December 24.
