If there is any problem with your order please contact us by e-mail within 30 days of receiving your order. Unlike most companies we are always here for you after the sale and will always work with you to resolve any issues. If a return or exchange is needed we will issue you a Return Merchandise (RM) number so we both can track your return and process your claim quickly and efficiently. 

·         Please note no returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise (RM) Number.

·         It is the buyers responsibility to pay the return shipping costs on returns

·          All Returns must include all original packaging, parts, accessories, owners’ manuals/instructions, etc. to be considered for a refund.

·         If you are returning an unused item for a refund, a 20% restocking fee will apply. All returns will be tested and/or inspected before a refund is issued.

Defective or Damaged Items:

We will either exchange your item, or provide direct contact information for you to the manufacturer. Some of our suppliers prefer to work directly with the customer so we can eliminate the middleman to resolve the issue faster.

If your product arrives and there is notable damage to the shipping box have your delivery person note the damage and notify us immediately so all proper paper work and claims can be processed. Once claims are processed a new replacement will be sent to you.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with their local authorities about the rules and regulations and about all custom and brokerage fees, duties, taxes, and restrictions that are imposed on good imported into your country. Please note that all the additional fees above our shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility. If for any reason once your package arrives and you refuse delivery because of high customs or brokerage fees, duties or taxes imposed we will have to pay them for you, pay for the return shipping or abandon the package.
