Shipping policy:
We use USPS for delivery to keep the cost to you as low as possible. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, we can ship UPS or FedEx for additional cost.

However, if your item is paid for on a business day after 3:00 PM central time, Saturday after 11:00 AM Central time, Sunday, or a holiday, it will not ship until the next business day. Make sure your address is correct prior to payment. eBay’s policy is that the seller is not to change the address. If you wish to change your address, you must do it through eBay prior to checkout. If the item you purchased is shipped back to me by the shipping company (return to sender) for any reason that's due to a false, incorrect, or misleading address, or because they were unable to deliver the package to you for some other reason as a result of your error, you are agreeing that we can deduct a 20% restocking fee as well as the original shipping charges we incurred. The remainder of what is left from the purchase price will be refunded to you.
If an item should become 'lost' by the shipping carrier, we will not issue a refund until 15 days AFTER the last scan date by the carrier. We will first open a missing mail search with USPS, then if not delivered after 5 days, open an insurance claim with USPS. At that time we will reship or refund your purchase, whichever you choose. Please note that most First Class and Priority mail shipments arrive in 2 or 3 days, but it is not a guaranteed delivery date.
