3) Soak a sponge with normal water and thoroughly wet the surface of the tattoo and wait 20-30 seconds.
4) Gently lift the corner of the temporary tattoo to check if it will transfer. Once it has been transferred, carefully peel off the paper. If not, press down and moisten again.
