How to preheat and cool
Preheating
-Remove the insert from the outer cover
-Put the insert into the microwave oven (600 W – 90 sec.), electric oven (130° C – 10 min.) or on the radiator (until warm enough)
-After preheating the pillow, gently mix cherries and lavender, check the temperature on the wrist
-Put the cover back on.
Cooling
-Remove the insert from the outer cover
-Put the pillow into the freezer (for about 30 minutes). Remember to secure the pillow against food contact
-Put the cover back on.
IMPORTANT
-Keep the pillow in a dry place.
-Never wash the insert together with stones.
-Do not heat the outer cover.
-Do not use in case of allergy to any of the ingredients of the product.
-Before every use, make sure the product is not damaged. Incase of worn-out/dirty insert, replace it with a new one
