(3)   Replace the item(s) purchased if it cannot be repaired.
Some of the hardware items covered under this warranty are as follows: motherboard, disk drives, RAM Modules and internal PCI devices such as a Graphics card, Network adapter or DVI card. 
Replacement parts will be new or serviceably used, comparable in function and performance to the original part. The warranty for the replacement part(s) will be 90 days from the replacement date.
In the event of not being able to replace or repair your Item(s), eWorks ESI will refund you the purchase price, minus shipping, handling and any other additional charges.
