Ink filling instruction
1. Tear the label from ink refill hole carefully(Please do not throw label away, it still need to paste back)
2. Use the syringe to draw 5ml ink, squeezing the air out of syringes before filling.
3. Fill the ink into ink refill hole about 3/4 full
4. Paste back the label, and then you ready to go!
Note To ensure refill correct ink into tricolor cartridge, please use toothpick to check for the which color matches with which hole before you refill.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
