7. How to use:

1) Choose a suitable placement: The capo is usually placed between the first and fourth frets of the guitar, with the second fret being the most frequently placed. The use above the fourth fret is basically only seen in accompaniment.

2) Clamp the capo correctly: Place the long side of the capo under the guitar strings and the short side on top, making sure the capo is parallel to the guitar neck, and then clamp it gently. If you encounter fret hitting or other problems, you can slightly adjust the position of the capo.

3) Adjust as needed: If you need to adjust the pitch according to the tonality of the song, you can determine the number of frets where the capo should be placed by calculating the interval relationship. For example, C to D is a whole tone relationship, and the capo needs to be placed on the second fret; C to E is two whole tones, and the capo needs to be placed on the fourth fret.

NOTE: 

When using a capo, be careful not to clamp it too tight or too loose to avoid affecting the sound quality. At the same time, avoid using a capo above the fifth fret, because the tone will become thin.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations
