MODO DE USO:
1. Estimula el crecimiento del cabello
La sábila posee enzimas que ayudan a remover las células muertas del cuero cabelludo, además de ser una excelente fuente de hidratación y minerales para las hebras del cabello. De esta forma, el cabello crece más rápido y fuerte.
Cómo usar: junte 2 claras de huevo con 2 a 3 cucharas del gel interior de las hojas de sábila, mezcle bien y aplique sobre el cabello, garantizando que las raíces queden bien cubiertas. Espere 5 minutos y retire con agua fría y champú.
2. Elimina la caspa
La caspa está formada por placas de células muertas, por lo que la sábila puede ser usada para su tratamiento por contener enzimas que eliminan las células muertas.
Cómo usar: mezclar 2 cucharadas de sábila con 1 cucharada de miel y 2 cucharadas de yogur natural. Utiliza la mezcla para masajear el cuero cabelludo durante unos 15 minutos. Deje reposar 30 minutos más y, finalmente, lave el cabello con un champú anticaspa. Esta máscara se debe hacer sólo 1 vez a la semana.
3. Evita la caída del cabello
La sábila ayuda en la producción de colágeno y, por esto, ayuda a fijar las hebras del cabello al cuero cabelludo, evitando su caída. Además de esto, posee minerales y agua, fortalece todo la hebra haciéndola más fuerte y menos quebradiza.
Cómo usar: junte 2 cucharadas de gel de aloe vera con 2 cucharadas de aceite de coco, mezcle bien y aplique sobre todo el cabello. Deje actuar de 10 a 15 minutos y luego retire con agua fría y champú. Repita este proceso sólo una vez por semana.
4. Remueve el maquillaje del rostro
La sábila es una forma natural de remover el maquillaje de la piel, pues no contiene químicos e hidrata la piel al mismo tiempo que alivia la irritación provocada por las sustancias del maquillaje.
Cómo usar: coloque un poco del gel de la hoja de sábila en un pedazo de algodón y luego frote ligeramente sobre las regiones de la cara con maquillaje. Por último, lave la cara con agua tibia y un jabón neutro.
5. Combate las arrugas
Esta planta posee propiedades que estimulan la producción de colágeno por la piel, que es la sustancia responsable de mantener su elasticidad. Así que cuando se utiliza regularmente, la sábila puede disminuir el grado de las arrugas y hasta eliminar algunas marcas de expresión, en los ojos, frente o boca.
Cómo usar: aplique con los dedos, una pequeña porción de gel de sábila sobre los lugares donde se encuentran las arrugas y marcas de expresión como en los ojos, alrededor de los labios o en la frente. Haga un ligero masaje sobre estos lugares y deje actuar durante 5 a 10 minutos. Por último, retire con agua fría y un jabón neutro.
