ALMAX CHEWABLE TABLETS ACTION AND MECHANISM
Almax Chewable Tablets is an antacid. Almagato is a derivative of aluminum and magnesium, which acts as a non-absorbable antacid, neutralizing hydrochloric acid in the stomach.
