20" x 46" Series 55 Tacky Intake Filters (dust collecting) for Spray Booth, Case 10
These inlet/dust collecting filters are used in cross draft booths, down draft booths and prep stations. They are constructed of a 1/2" dry air entering layer and a 1/2" air leaving layer with non migrating super tack.
Internal galvanized steel frames make them sturdy and self supporting
Efficient to 10 microns
Panels are unaffected by mold and humidity
UL Class II rated

The Series 55 and Series 320 are our most popular panels. They create a great combination of air flow and particle capture. The AFC Series 320 Collects 83% of particles 5-10 mic's @ 100 FPM. The Series 55 collects 75% of particles 5-10 mic's @ 100 FPM. I would gauge avg lifespan at about 4 months. Great panels, great price, never a complaint.
Series CT Long Life Blue Filters are 2" in depth and constructed of a heavier poly weave. More material on the air leaving side equals more particles collected through the filter, increasing life span. The tackifier is heavier on the veil of this filter, boosting efficiency. Collects 94% of particles 5-10 mic's @ 100 FPM. The media is 2 ply self sealing. Particles flow through the dry white side first, then get caught behind the tackifier and second woven layer of material. So, they prime up and perform really well.
AFR1 5000 Series Scrim Backed Premium Intake Filters are designed to provide the highest possible level of performance. The heavy duty scrim backing replaces tackifier on the air leaving side of the panel, creating an almost impenetrable veil. This 3-ply panel captures 95% of particles under 10 mic's. The scrim backing is a bright white, giving booths that clean professional look.
