- Easy To Use - Once you have fitted the band onto your arm simply ensure that the other end of the tube is inserted into the side of the device and then press the start button, this will make the armband inflate and the sensors will begin to record the data. It will stay inflated for approximately 1 minute, then gradually automatically deflate. The device uses the Oscillometric measurement method, Oscillometry is used by noninvasive blood pressure devices to detect Systolic (SYS) and Diastolic (DIA) blood pressure.
- Supplied with an Adjustable Arm Band (Cuff) - The blood pressure measure monitor comes with a large size adjustable arm band suitable for most adult arm sizes which has hook & loop pads to secure it comfortably on the upper arm, to place the band on your arm simply aim the tube down and put your arm through the opening, then wrap the band around pushing the hook & loop pads together to secure.
- Accuracy - This blood pressure monitor is designed to deliver reliable accurate and precise measurements. To ensure the readings are always correct, it is essential the armband around your upper arm is placed and fitted correctly. Do not measure blood pressure through any clothing as this will cause inaccurate readings. Easy to follow graphical instructions on fitting the armband / cuff are supplied on the armband cuff itself, in the Instruction Manual and on the external packaging.
- Multicoloured LED Screen - The LED screen displays the readings in bright clear text. This text is large and designed to be easy to read for any age group. Information displayed includes Systolic (SYS) and Diastolic (DIA) as well as Pulse, Device battery charge and User memory ID. In addition a multicoloured result bar that complies with the WHO (World Health Organisation) and ISH (International Society of Hypertension) Standards for High and Low Blood Pressure Classification.
- Data Storage - This device can conveniently store the data for 2 users with capacity to store the last 120 readings per user. This means that you will be able to look back at your readings to see any increases or declines in pressure.
