These folding hinges are made of high quality stainless steel, corrosion resistant and rustproof. 6 mounting holes on each hinge, convenient and easy to use with the mini hinges and matching replacement screws collocation. Perfect for box repair, model making, doors etc.

Open size: approx. 70 x 42 mm.
Installation hole: 5 mm.
Easy to install:
1. Mount the door to the opening before laying out the hinges
2. First place the tenon holes on the door. Mark each indentation by walking around the hinge with a knife
3. Adjust a marking gauge to the thickness of the leaf of the hinge
4. Mark the depth of the tenon holes along the inside of the hinge pin
5. Make a series of flat chisel cuts the full length of the tenon hole. Grab the chisel with a hammer for each cut
6. Test the fit. The hinge should be flush with the rail surface. Use a self-centering bit to drill guide holes for the screws
7. Tap the holes with a steel screw. A steel screw is stronger than a brass screw and breaks less
8. Install the screws. Mount both hinges on the door. Mount the door in the cabinet and center it with washers
9. Mark the ends of the tenon holes on the cabinet side. Lift the door, remove the hinges and cut the tenon holes using the same method as above
