The Delco climate controls made for the C5 Chevy Corvette contain 14 incandescent bulbs that have a lifetime of ~1000 hours. After 20+ years, the majority of these 14 bulbs fail and your backlighting becomes dim or non existent.

We will issue refund if your item is received defective or incorrect item was shipped. Buyer has the choice to exchange if we have the correct part in stock. If incorrect item was shipped we will refund full amount and including shipping cost.

For brand new parts are guaranteed for 180 natural days after goods are received which against manufacturer`s defects. For used or refurbished parts are guaranteed for 90 natural days after goods are received. 

No return/exchange will be accepted after 210 natural days.

To return a part, please contact us with detailed explanation of why you need to return or exchange it, picture description is favorite. we will message you with instructions in approximately 1-2 business days. Please don`t return before receiving message from us. Customer is responsible for the return shipping cost except that incorrect or defective item we shipped. Please inform us the tracking number after you return it , we will refund you within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item from you. Refund for the item will be issued when the package is inspected, received and processed. 

Return parts requirements:

Must be in brand new condition if sold new or same condition as received by the buyer, which means the item is never installed and kept in the original or equivalent packaging, complete with accessories and protected by adequate packaging. Our guarantee does not cover damage caused by neglect, faulty installation, repair or maintenance work wrongly execute by non-qualified personnel, unauthorized modification, any damage caused during transport.
