Installation steps:
1. Unscrew the original gear knob to detach it from your gear lever.
2. Wrap a few turns with electrical tape around the thread of your gear lever to hold it in place when needed.
3. Take off the aluminium alloy bottom cover of this gear head and place it on the gear rod.
4. Mount the matching black rubber sleeve threaded adapter to the gear lever.
5. Screw the gear lever to the shift rod with small screws with the Allen key.
6. Turn the bottom aluminium cover into the gear knob of the car and tighten it. Make sure your original gear lever is removable. 1. Not suitable for the original car shift lever with its own non-removable lock/function button.
2. For manual transmission: not suitable for the reverse gear of the original car, shift lever required for lifting.
3. For automatic transmission: cannot be installed on vehicles where reverse gear is next to the 1st
