Do not excessively inflate this inner tube without installing it in the outer tire, as it can cause irreversible damage.
Utilize a manual air pump for inflation, avoiding high-speed inflation devices like air compressors.
Before inflating, turn the valve inward toward the rim's center. Inflate gradually until the inner tube becomes circular, maintaining a pressure below 0.5 mm (0.5 bar/8 psi).
When using rims without a ring fastening system in accordance with ISO/TC 31, ensure that the tire inflation pressure does not exceed 5 bar/72 psi.
Note that every 3°C (5°F) increase in temperature leads to approximately a 1% increase in tire pressure.
Be cautious when inflating your tires in a cool garage (18°C/65°F) in the morning, as higher ambient temperatures (e.g., 35°C/95°F) can result in increased inner tube pressure (up to 0.5 bar/8 psi).
In extremely hot conditions, especially on black asphalt exceeding 65°C (150°F), the tire pressure may easily exceed the recommended limit. Excessive pressure can lead to tire separation from the rim, posing a risk of injury.
If pneumatic tires are stored in temperatures of 60°C (140°F) or higher (e.g., inside a hot car), deflate the inner tube to 1 bar/15 psi to prevent valve deformation.Ensure safe and proper usage of this ultralight road bike inner tube to maximize your cycling experience.
