1. Upon receiving the 4/4 violin, you'll find the bridge wrapped in paper under the tailpiece—do not discard it! It should be placed between the two F-holes.
2. If the beginner violin's bow hairs feel loose, simply tighten the frog screw to adjust the tension.
3. It’s normal for some bow hairs to break over time. Just trim the broken strands, and the bow will remain perfectly usable.
4. Avoid over-tightening the bow; the hair should have a slight bounce without touching the stick, ideally maintaining about a 1/4-inch gap from the lowest point of the curve.
5. Hold the rosin with your fingers, tighten the bow, and evenly apply rosin to the bow hairs. Before use, scrape the rosin to create fine powder for better adhesion. Keep your hands clean to prevent stickiness.
6. If a string comes loose, don’t panic—it can be easily reinstalled.
