INSTALLATION TIPS:Make sure you shut off the circuit breaker or unplug your stove to safely complete this repair. Unscrewed the backing plate at the back of the oven, pulled the old element out. Unscrewed the element wires (3ea), 2 black on one side of the element then white on the other side, installed new element reinstalled mounting plate that holds the element in back oven. Cleaned up, turned the power back on then tested works great.
