The 3pp Prima Thumb Brace is a highly effective brace that offers support and relief for those with arthritis, ligament injuries, and overuse injuries. Our exclusive non-bulky design conforms to your hand and leaves your fingers free to do all your daily activities and can be worn at night to rest your thumb. Features of the 3pp Prima Thumb Brace include a contoured thumb strap that supports the CMC and MCP joints to relieve pain when pinching or gripping. Straps with hook tabs hold the strap in place to maintain just the right amount of support and prevent the strap from pulling off when you reach into your pocket or slip on a jacket. A plastic stay adds extra support across the CMC and MCP joints and can be removed for more flexibility. In addition, extra cushioning alleviates pressure between your thumb and index finger. Latex-free material is breathable and water-repellent (not waterproof) and the binding around the brace eliminates fraying for long lasting wear. The Easy-On-Tab makes it simple to apply one-handed. Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
