Introducing the all new Solo3 Protective Case. The Solo3 Protective Case is an added extra level of security to help protect your Solo3 from drops, falls, slips and bumps.

There is no guarantee that the case will protect for every situation. It does not protect from water. It is not a license to throw Solo3 around and use it as a toy. Solo3 cases do not give any extra warranty to broken Solo3 devices. The case is just an extra layer of protection.

We have tested the case by dropping it and banging it and it did very well. But again, there is no guarantee that the case will protect your Solo3 in every situation.

The case is only available in Black.

Again, there is no guarantee that the case will protect Solo3 from any damage, but it will help!

To install the case:

Open the lock on the bottom of the outer rubber casing where the cable goes in
Carefully pull the outer rubber shell off the inner hard plastic shell
Once removed, there are 6 slots connecting the top and bottom of the inner plastic shell. On the back, simply unlock them to separate the inner shell
Insert the Solo the right direction
Connect the top and bottom inner hard plastic shell. Make sure to snap in all 6 connections
Place the inner shell into the rubber outer shell. Make sure to pull and squeeze the rubber all the over the top and into the slots.

The case is a protective MP3 case designed to withstand impacts, drops, and other potential damage. It features a hard plastic shell and a soft TPU layer that work together to absorb and disperse shock from drops or bumps. Additionally, the case has raised edges around the screen to provide extra protection. Again, we offer no guarantees but it is an excellent protective case.

Tracking & Notifications

Order Changes & Cancellations

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.

  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.

  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
