CAUTIONS
1, The device must be used under rated voltage 100-130V.
2, The heater must be fully submersed into the water. The external temperature controller must be kept away from the water as it is not waterproof.
3, When there is moss or other dirty on the heater surface and the LED screen, it needs to be cleaned up with soft brush in time.
4, Disconnect power socket and wait for 15 minutes before changing water or remove heater.
5, Place the heater in the way of water flow and don't bury it.

1, Press the 'SET' button to adjust the temperature. Press once, the temperature will increase 1°F, Press the button several times until the target value is reached. Temperature can be accurately adjusted from 64 to 93°F
2, No operation for 3 seconds, the setting is confirmed to be activated
3, The heater starts heating. Red indicator lights on
4, Stop heating automatically when the setting temperature reached. Green indicator lights on.
5, Automatic constant temperature with 1℉ accuracy. The heater works in variable frequency mode based on PID control strategy

Tracking & Notifications

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:

- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
