The suitable pressure depends on the ratio of water and cement. Pressure requirements tend to increase with the proportion of cement.The working air pressure of this sprayer gun is about 0.69-1.0Mpa. If the texture cement is thick, you could try 1.0 Mpa (145 psi) air pressure.
