(Round grain grinding mix)
When you purify the barrel, the larger grains are approximately 40% and the smaller particles are approximately 40% and the cracking is 20%. Normally you can choose these three types for different purposes, but this product is not selected by granulars.
We offer them at a low price.
Uses 100% Akishizuku from Toyama Prefecture. Made with 100% domestic pottery.
Havelet is said to be the king of grains and contains an abundance of amino acids in balance
It is very delicious with its squishy texture.
Cooking Method:
Please wash it lightly with a small colander before using.
1) Add about 1 tbsp per cup of white rice.
2) Add an extra amount of water to an equivalent amount of barley
3) Soak it in water for about 1 hour and cook it.
4) Steamed longer, stir and eat.
You may need to adjust it according to the amount you cooked or the rice cooker.
