Notes:
1. Filtration is completed under cooling conditions within 48 hours. The longer the time, the more solid it will be. The duration depends on personal taste.
2. You can use this filter if the yogurt is in a normal coagulation state after fermentation. If you filter Greek yogurt or the milk is too thin, you can put a layer of gauze on it.
3. Thin dairy products such as yogurt and lactic acid bacteria cannot filter whey, so please do not use them.
