This Yanuoda 420-800mm lens is a highly specialized, 100% MANUAL FOCUS optical instrument designed for budget-conscious hobbyists, astrophotography lovers (Moon shots), and landscape shooters. It does NOT behave like an expensive OEM automatic lens.
WHY AM I GETTING BLURRY OR DARK IMAGES?
1. Handheld Camera Shake: At 800mm focal length, even a slight breeze or your heartbeat will blur the photo. You MUST use a solid tripod and a 2-second shutter delay timer.
2. Low Light Limitations: With a maximum aperture of F/8.3-F/16, this lens cannot take clear images indoors or at dusk. It is designed for bright, sunny outdoor environments.
3. Focusing Accuracy: Manual focusing takes patience. We highly recommend using your camera's "Focus Peaking" or "Live View Digital Zoom" on your LCD screen to pinpoint the focus before pressing the shutter.
HOW TO INSTALL & ELIMINATE THE "NO LENS" ERROR:
Since this lens has no electronic chips, your camera body cannot detect it automatically. Please follow these steps precisely:
1. Thread the correct T-adapter (Sony E, Canon EF, or Nikon F) onto the lens base until tight.
2. Mount the combined unit onto your camera housing.
3. Turn your camera top dial to "M" (Manual) Mode.
4. Go into your camera settings menu, find and ENABLE the option that says "Release Shutter Without Lens" or "Permit Shutter w/o Lens". (Crucial for Sony and Nikon models).

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
