How to use:
2.4G:
Step 1: Push the power switch at the bottom of the mouse to the "ON", and switch the button to 2.4G mode, the corresponding light is flashing green, and then the green light off after connecting the device, enter the normal mode.
Tri-Mode:
Bluetooth connection (BT1-BT2):
Step 1: Push the power switch at the bottom of the mouse to "ON", click the mouse three modes button @, the blue lights corresponding to the BT1/BT2 mode flashes, and start to enter the code mode.
Step 2: Open the tablet/computer/phone, click the "Bluetooth"
interface in the settings menu, Connect the pairing mouse (BT5.1Mouse). After the device is connected, the blue light goes off, Enter normal mode.
Step 3: Move the mouse or press the left/right button to use it
normally.
Remarks:
Code checking prompt: When the mouse is not yet connected to the device,
(1)the green light flashing at the bottom of the back of the mouse (2.4G mode),
(2) the blue light flashing at the bottom of the back of the mouse (BT1 mode),
(3) the blue light flashing at the bottom of the back of the mouse (BT2 mode).
Instructions and precautions:
1. When the mouse cursor moves slowly, please check whether the battery is low. It is recommended to charge it in time.
2. When the mouse cannot be connected, please check whether the power switch at the bottom of the mouse is turned on, and select the correct connection method or move the USB receiver to another USB port for use.
3. If you do not use the mouse for a long time, turn off the power switch manually to save power.
4. If the mouse is not used for a long time, it will automatically enter the sleep mode. Move the mouse or press any key to wake the mouse.

Notice

The 3 mode model can connect three computers and mobile tablet devices at the same time, and use the bottom mode switch to switch and use with one click.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:
