Change the protocol from 01 for MODBUS to 03 for ASCII private protocol.
for Modbus CRC checking steps:
1. Preset the 16 bit register as hexadecimal FFFF, call this register as CRC register;
2. Isolate the first 8 bit data with the lower bit of the CRC register and put the result in the CRC register;
3.Check the lowest bit by shifting the contents of the register one bit to the right (towards the lower bit) and filling the highest bit with a 0;
4. If the lowest bit is 0: repeat step 3 (shifting again) if the lowest bit is 1: the CRC register is iso orthogonal to the polynomial A001 (1010 0000 0000 0001);
5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 until it is shifted right 8 times so that the entire 8 bit data is all processed;
6. Repeating steps 2 through 5 for the another 8 bit data;
7. The final CRC register obtained is the CRC code (the CRC code obtained is low before high).
Troubleshooting :
1. The wind blades do not rotate properly, and the hysteresis is big. There are foreign objects or jammed in the bearing due to long term use. Please send the sensor back to the company for processing.
2. Analog signal meter display value is not correct. Possible wiring problems or communicating serial port failure caused by the inability to obtain the correct data. Please check whether the wiring is correct and firm, whether the serial port is occupied, and whether the serial port setting is correct.
Notice
2. Do not connect the wires while the power is on. Only turn on power after confirming proper connections.
3. The length of the sensor wire will affect the product's output signal. Do not modify the product casually during use.
4. The sensor is an accuracy device. Users should not disassemble it, expose the sensor surface to pointed objects or corrosive liquids, to avoid damaging the product.
5. Do not plug or unplug while the power is on.
6. When installing, please face towards the south direction.
