Whether you're looking to adjust the height of your shoes or add some cushioning to your heels, this versatile product can help. With proper use and care, it can provide the necessary support for your feet and legs for an extended period. The shoe lift can greatly relieve pain caused by heel spurs, sports injuries, achilles tendonitis, plantar fasciitis, and uneven leg.


Inserting the Heel Lift

To insert the orthopedic heel lift, there are two methods you can use:

  1. The first method is to insert the heel lift under the insole or footbed. Simply remove the protective film on the adhesive tape and stick each layer together. Then place the lift to the shoe insole with the adhesive side down. Stack as many layers as you need to achieve the desired height.
  2. The second method is to insert the heel lift on the insole or footbed. To do this, pick up the back of the footbed and place the lift under the insole or footbed in the rear of the shoe with the adhesive side down. This method is suitable for shoes that have a removable molded footbed, such as running shoes. Again, stack as many layers as needed to achieve the desired height.

It's important to try different methods to find the most comfortable fit for your feet. If you need additional adhesives to hold the lift in place, the shoe lifts come with additional double-sided tape that can help.
