continuously for more than 6 months,
your skin may become less sensitive
to the Cica Riddle™ due to ongoing
adaptation. If you notice this effect,
we recommend taking a break for about
2–3 weeks before resuming use.
If you have a viral inflammation, use the product only after full recovery.
Please note that the sensation of tingling
may vary depending on individual differences,
skin condition, adaptability, and raw material
variations due to the characteristics of natural
ingredients.
After use, symptoms such as redness, stinging,
burning, dryness, or itching may occur. The severity
of these symptoms may vary by individual. It
is recommended to perform a patch test on a localized
area before use.
After using the product, you may experience
flaking, which is a normal response for exfoliation
care. Do not intentionally remove the flakes;
continued use of REEDLE SHOT® will gradually exfoliate
dead skin cells, resulting in smoother skin.
Adequate moisturizing care is recommended.
After dermatological procedures, the skin is
highly sensitive and irritated. It is recommended
to start using the product only after the skin
has fully recovered.
Exposure to high temperatures, light, or stimulation
from LED masks or skincare devices may increase skin
irritation. It is recommended not to use these devices
in conjunction with this product.
(Due to the tingling sensation characteristic of this product,
it is not recommended to perform a patch test on areas with
frequent movement or friction such as the neck or back of the
hand. Testing is recommended behind the earlobe or on the inner
arm. If testing on the hand, the back of the thumb is preferred.)
For sensitive skin or skin prone to pain, it is recommended
to perform a patch test on a localized area before use.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
