How to Use
【Three-Step Operation】
1.Attach Weight: Hang weight plates or other heavy objects on the hook and fasten securely.
2.Grip Handle: Hold the handle with a pronated or supinated grip. Keep your arm in a natural position.
3.Train Forearm: Rotate the handle with wrist force. Drive the weight to lift and lower at a steady speed.
【Training Guidelines】
Beginners: 3 sets × 8–10 reps, 60 seconds rest between sets.
Advanced Users: 4 sets × 12–15 reps, 45 seconds rest between sets.
Train 2–3 times per week. Allow at least 48 hours of rest between sessions.
