1. Countdown setting: press the + and - buttons at the same time. Press at the same time. The default countdown time is 30 minutes. The custom time ranges from 1-199 minutes. Press the up button to increase the time. The down button shortens the time. When the countdown is still 5 minutes, it vibrates once and when it ends, it vibrates three times to remind you.
