Faults and troubleshooting methods:
Q: Why doesn't connecting to the computer work? It doesn't seem to be plug and play as described?
A: This adapter requires the installation of a driver. Choose the correct driver to install based on your Computer's OS, then restart the computer and reconnect the adapter. This adapter is only used for the first time on a computer and requires the installation of a driver. It does not need to be installed again and can be plug and play.
Q: Is the running speed slow on the second screen?
A: Please use the USB3.0 interface. Some computers may experience screen delay when using USB2.0
Q: Can't the driver install the device on my laptop?
A: Please check if your computer user is an administrator and if the antivirus software mistakenly tests this driver as a virus or unknown dangerous software. Our USB driver complies with USB entry guidelines and will not harm your computer or steal your data information. It is safe to use with confidence.
Q: Not compatible with laptops?
A: Our product is compatible with 99% of computers in the market, and the updated adapter needs to be installed according to your computer's operating system to function properly. Please ensure that the USB driver can be installed correctly.
Q: Why do some of my external monitors not display full screen?
A: Our adapter can be set to a separate resolution, with a maximum support of 1920x1280 60Hz. If the external monitor cannot display full screen, you can select the corresponding monitor serial number (2 or 3) in the display menu of my computer to adjust the resolution.
