DX Bonding Adhesive (5ml/Bottle)

Usage:

• Enamel bonding :30 seconds DX.Etch37 etch on enamel then apply 5th generation adhesive.

DX 37% Phosphoric Acid Etching Gel

This gel will effectively treat enamel and dentin, producing the necessary microretentive surface for successful bonding. The polymer thickener creates thixotropic properties, enhancing handling characteristics. The etchant rinse away cleanly and quickly, leaving no residue.

Packages: Refill: 5 ml/syringe, Instruction X1

Indications: Treat dentin and enamel, Treating agent on dental restorative material.

1. Isolate tooth and then prepare the cavity in a conservative manner. clean the entire surface with a slurry of pumice and water.

2. Apply etchant using a tip, a disposable syringe tip, or disposable brush tip. allow etchant to remain in palce for 15 seconds. etching time should be monitored with a stopwatch. begin timing at the end of application.

Option: place etchant enamel first, then proceed to cover dentin, for a slightly longer enamel etching time.

3. Rinse thoroughly (at least 5 seconds) to completely remover all traces of etchant.

4. Remove exces moisture from the tooth and proceed with the application of etching gel, waiting for 10 seconds, then rise thoroughly. then apply adhesive

37% Acid Etching Gel  

• Enamel and dentin etching.
• Apply special technology to obtain ideal density of the gel.
• Gel in blue color for better visual management.

Indication: It is used for acid etching of tooth enamel and dentin before dental repair.

Operation Procedure：

1. Remove surface dirt, rinse the prepared cavities, and blow dry.

2. Apply the etching agent from the tooth enamel to the entire surface of the repair, and etch for 20-40 seconds. The acid etching time of deciduous teeth and dental fluorosis can be extended appropriately according to the actual situation.

3. Rinse with clean water after acid etching, and suck out in time.

4. Use adhesives and resins for bonding repair.

Bonding Adhesive

• Pretreatment of caries and pulp protection.
• Use 37% phosphoric acid etchant for treatment, then clean it thoroughly with water, and dry it thoroughly with an oil-free air gun.
• Apply a layer of adhesive evenly on the tooth surface with a small brush.
• Make the adhesive layer even as far as possible with the wind power of the air gun.
• Irradiate with an oral light curing light source of 300mW/c㎡ for 20 seconds to cure the adhesive.
• Please use the composite resin filling material according to the original manufacturer's instructions, as well as the subsequent grinding and reconstruction processes.

Precautions：

1. During clinical use, the lip and adjacent teeth should be well isolated and protected. Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes and skin.

2. Phenols, clove oil and zinc oxide can not be used as the bottom material of the first layer,because clove oil contains polymerization inhibitor "phenolic substances", which will directly affect the degree of polymerization of the adhesive.

3. During the curing operation, the distance between the surface of the light curing lamp and the adhesive should be kept below 2mm, but it should not be in contact with the material.

4. Before applying adhesives and composite resin fillings, the tooth treatment surface should avoid contamination by water and other impurities.

5. It is not suitable for pulp capping, and patients who are allergic to resin should not use it.

This product should be stored in a cool and dry place at 2°C~28°C, avoiding direct sunlight.

Contraindications:

Patients with a history of allergy to methacrylate resins are contraindicated.
