Freedom Fit offers an excellent fit and a level of comfort by using three specific design features.
Pimple Skirt: The main areas around the forehead and cheekbones have been designed with nubs that combine to increase softness, flexibility and contact of the skin surface. This also significantly reduces leakage and increases comfort.
Varied silicone thickness: a regulator or snorkel mouthpiece can cause areas of the mouth and nose area to distort when in use, which leads to leaks and discomfort. Different thicknesses of silicone in these key areas reduce leakage and provide a better fit.
Stability Grooves: As water pressure increases, a mask is compressed inward towards the face, often leading to further leakage or discomfort. Areas under the cheekbones have been reinforced with stability grooves to minimize this compression and maintain ideal skin surface contact.
Freedom Dry improves comfort and fit by using a revolutionary low-friction skirt surface. The skirt adjustment line (shown in red) contains a low-friction surface that provides an excellent seal and increases the contact area in the face area while significantly reducing excess skin tension. The result is a soft and supple feel mask with a dramatically improved seal.

Carriers
We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.
Import Duties & Taxes
All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.
Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

- An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
