2. Please note that the rated output data is calculated using a calculation formula based on the size data of the length and diameter of the oil cylinder, so the rated output may have deviations and is only for reference.
3. The effective distance of the piston starting rod of the hydraulic puller is only 1.97 inches, so the extension distance should not be greater than 1.97 inches during use.
4. If you want to retract the piston activation rod, you only need to slightly loosen the oil return valve rod in a counterclockwise direction, and the piston activation rod will gradually retract.
5. Before use, the hydraulic puller of the corresponding tonnage should be selected according to the outer diameter of the object to be pulled, saw, and load force, and avoid damage caused by overloading.
6. The hydraulic puller uses (GB443-84) N15 mechanical oil (not included) at 23-113°F and (GB442-64) synthetic spindle oil (not included) at -4-41°F.
7. As the new or long-term used hydraulic puller has more air in the cylinder, please move the handle first without loading 2-3 times to eliminate air.
8. Please note that the area with the blue outer cover is not an oil cylinder, but rather an oil storage rubber bag inside. The painted cover is for protection! The square tooth trapezoidal thread is the true part of the oil cylinder.
Please allow the slight color difference caused by the shooting light and 1-3cm error due to manual measurement, and make sure you do not mind before you order.
