How to Use:
1. Time/date setting: After the host is powered on, press and hold the [TIME] key for more than 3 seconds to enter the setting mode. After entering, its setting items are displayed and flashing. The sequence of setting is: week language setting-year setting-day month / Month and day selection-month setting-date setting-hour setting-minute setting-exit. When setting, single press the "UP" key, increase by one, long press the "UP" key, fast increase (8 steps/sec), single press the "DOWN" key, decrease by one, long press the "DOWN" key, fast decrease (8 Steps/sec). The language setting sequence of the week is: ENG (English)-GER (German)-FRE (French)-ITA (Italian)-NET (Dutch)-ESP (Spanish)-DAN (Danish)-loop.
2. Alarm setting: Short press the ALARM button in the standard mode to switch the display of the time setting of alarm 1 to alarm 6 (the second position corresponds to the display of A1-A6). When setting the alarm clock, select a group of alarms, press and hold the ALARM button for more than 3 seconds, the hour starts to flash, single press the "UP" button, increase by one, long press the "UP" button, fast increase (8 steps/sec), single press " DOWN" key, decrement by one, long press "DOWN" key, fast decrement (8 steps/sec). After the hour is set, short press the ALARM button, the minutes begin to flash, single press the "UP" button, increase by one, long press the "UP" button, fast increase (8 steps/sec), single press the "DOWN" button, decrease by one, long Press the "DOWN" key to quickly decrease (8 steps/sec). After the setting is completed, short press the ALARM key to automatically save the setting and exit the setting mode.
3. Alarm clock and snooze: There are two types of alarm, buzzer and radio. Short press the "DOWN" button on the alarm interface to select buzzer or radio. When the buzzer is selected, the alarm time of the product will sound, and the sound "BI" will last for 2 minutes, the clock flashes, the corresponding alarm icon flashes, and the bell icon flashes. During the alarm, press the button except for the "SNOOZE" button. Press any key to stop the alarm automatically. Press the "SNOOZE" key. The product enters the snooze mode. The default snooze time is 5 minutes. In the snooze state, the clock flashes, the corresponding alarm icon flashes, and the snooze icon flashes. When the radio alarm is selected, the alarm time of the product will be sounded. When the alarm time of the product is reached, the radio will be automatically turned on and played for 2 minutes, the clock flashes, the corresponding alarm icon flashes, and the radio icon flashes. During the alarm, press "SNOOZE" Any button of the "button will automatically stop the alarm, press the "SNOOZE" button, the product enters the snooze mode, the default snooze time is 5 minutes, in the snooze state, the clock flashes, the corresponding alarm icon flashes, and the snooze icon flashes.
4. FM radio function operation: in any mode, short press the "RADIO ON" button to turn on the radio, the radio icon is displayed, the screen displays "ON" and short press again to enter the timing off radio mode. The display time sequence is: (05-10-15 -30-45-60-75-90) minute-OFF turns off the radio.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Shipping Cost for Returns

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
