Kindly Note
- Generally, it is suggested to put the TC196 WiFi controller nearby the WiFi router for a better network connection. The distance between the WiFi controller and the router should be within 50 feet.
- The WiFi remote controller only supports 2.4GHz WiFi.
- The TC196 WiFi controller can be installed maximum 750 feet away from the gate/door opener.
- The power input of the WiFi controller is 9-24 VAC/DC, and the included 100-240VAC power adapter can be plugged directly into the home socket. The WiFi controller can also be powered by AC-DC power supply, battery or transformer.
- Once the controller is added by one user, the other users can only be shared by the primary account to get control access.
- One TC196 controller can be shared with up to 40 users, and up to 50 WiFi controllers can be added by one user.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. Order Changes & Cancellations
