Double-Purpose Zinc Anode Weight
Tie-down or mount this solid zinc disk inside or outside to serve as a reliable weight for your skimmer basket. Zinc Anode Usage Tips
- Use zip ties if you don’t want to mount the sacrificial anode permanently into the skimmer.
- There is no difference in the effect of the zinc anode whether you install it inside or outside the skimmer basket.
- Sacrificial anodes don’t rust, but they deteriorate. Depending on your pool water’s pH, the sacrificial anode can last for several pool seasons.
- You’ll need to replace the sacrificial anode when reduces to half its original size.
- Adding one sacrificial anode will prolong the life of the other. But you need to first observe the rate of deterioration of one zinc anode disc before deciding to add another.
Processing Time
- We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations
