The perforated and tapered aluminum paddle is thin yet sturdy enough to easily slide under whatever pizza style, unlike wooden peels that too thick and burn easily from high heat, aluminum won't get damaged and cools quickly. The perforated surface requires the use of little to no flour to prevent sticking and holes help release excess flour, preventing that burnt flour taste on your pizza.
At 13 in x 16.7 in, this large pizza peel allows you to create pies larger than most pizza spatulas. With the adjustable handle, you get to choose your handle length, helping keep your hands and arms far away from the fire. The long handle also includes a hole for easy hanging storage.
Assembly Instructions:
1. Using the provided screwdriver tool, loosen the three screws on the handle.
2. Align the peel blade and holes on top of the handle.
3. Fasten the screws on the peel to the handle.
Recommended Use:
For best results, coat your pizza dough in flour or semolina before stretching. After stretching and building your pizza, pinch the end of the dough and use the tapered edge to slide right under the pizza in one quick motion.
To launch your pizza, place the edge onto your oven baking stone and pull back in a smooth motion to release. It is recommended to not let the pizza stay on the peel for a long time to prevent sticking.
Cleaning and Care Instructions:
Hand wash in warm, soapy water. Scrape off any excess food from the peel using a soft non-abrasive sponge. Dry immediately.
Not dishwasher safe. Do not cut or slice your pizza on the peel to prevent damage or scratching.

Tracking & Notifications
Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Order Cancellation Policy

Shipping Cost for Returns
Please contact us before returning any item.
We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.
For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected:
- In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
- Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.
