With this digital grill roasting thermometer, you can achieve every piece of meat in the oven or on the grill as in the professional kitchen. The meat thermometer is equipped with a stainless steel probe, which can determine both the core temperature in the meat and the cooking chamber temperature in a measuring range between -20 °C and 300 °C. The backlit display allows you to read time and temperature barrier-free. The thermometer is therefore also designed for measurements in the low temperature range. The KÜCHEN-CHEF puncture thermometer is often used for preparing holiday roasts, fillets or poultry to bring them to the plate à la minute. When the target temperature is reached, the thermometer emits an acoustic beep and an optical alarm (backlight turns on). An alarm is also generated when the temperature is below or exceeds a temperature limit in the oven.
