Salt making begins with the deep sea water of the Balinese sea into the salt. In order to accurately understand the condition of the saltwater field, no pump or other machinery are used by the craftsmen directly pump the sea water to the salt field, and then spread it evenly and carefully. Slowly soak the salt water into the soil and dry it thoroughly. Balin's fertile soil and minerals from the sea are fused here to create a delicious salt base. Water gradually evaporates from the blazing sun of Bali, directly below the equatory, and a layer of salt called sand salt. This "sand salt" is collected and filtered with deep marine water with a handmade filter made of bamboo, coconut and sand salt, creating a salty concentration of seawater. In the process of cooking, TEJAKULA is the best difference between many salts that make water just in the sun. It is said to change the mineral balance of the natural sea. After increasing the salt in saltwater to a certain concentration, the saltwater is moved to the drywall with the ancient characteristics of Balinese palm trees. By continuing to dry in the sun again in the blazing sun, natural salt crystals appear on the surface. After adequate sundry here, it is finally harvesting salt. Artisans carefully collect salt from palm wood vessels. The salt collected is transferred to the greenhouse once again to the final drying process. Salt transported to the greenhouse is re-activated in the sun drying process. Once you get a full exposure of the sun shine, you will get the next finishing process. After this step has been taken, "Shiji" is finally completed.

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
