The TabTime Timer can be set up with 8 alarms per day. These alarms repeat everyday but can easily be changed if required.

The TabTime Timer has been designed to be simple to use with only 3 buttons.

The instructions have been carefully written in plain English. But if you do have any problems, as a UK based company we are always happy to help you set up one of our products.

TabTime - Making Medication Manageable

At TabTime we're dedicated to making it easy for you to take your pills and tablets. We're UK based and are always happy to support you in setting up or using our products. The TabTime Timer is just one of our range of pill boxes, timers, pill grinders, alarms and dispensers.

We've tried to make the TabTime Timer as easy as possible to use, but just in case you have any difficulties here's a quick start guide:

How do I set the time on the Timer?:

1) Check there is a clock symbol in the top right hand corner. If there isn’t press the MODE button until you see the clock in the top right hand corner.

2) Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds, the time will start flashing.

3) Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to select the correct time.

4) Press the MODE button and the time is now set

How do I change the Timer to the 12 hour clock?

1) Check there is a clock symbol in the top right hand corner. If there isn’t press the MODE button until you see the clock in the top right hand corner.

2) Press the HOUR button and the time will switch from 24 hour to 12 hour clock

3) If it is in the afternoon or evening you will see a “p” in the left hand corner which indicates “pm”.

How do I set the first alarm for 8:00 am and the second for 8:00pm?

To set the first alarm to 8:00am:

1) Press the MODE button until you only see the bell with the number 1 on it.

2) Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds, the time will start flashing.

3) Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to select 8:00

4) Press the MODE button and the first alarm is now set for 8:00am

To set the second alarm to 8:00pm

5) Press the MODE button until you only see the bell with the number 2 on it.

6) Hold down the MODE button for 3 seconds, the time will start flashing.

7) Use the HOUR and MINUTE buttons to select p 8:00

8) Press the MODE button and the second alarm is now set for 8:00pm

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.


Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

If your tracking number shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your package arrives damaged or fails to arrive, please contact us immediately. For deliveries to P.O. boxes, ibspot is not responsible for damage caused by weather, temperature, or theft.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
