OPERATION MODES & STEP-BY-STEP USE Important Note: For a whole ice mold (cylindrical block): Do not use the ice crushing sleeve, to avoid damaging the ice press plate. For cubed or marble ice: Always use the ice crushing sleeve to prevent slipping. 1.Open the packaging box and remove the machine and accessories.Before using the product, clean the ice tray thoroughly, pour in clean water, close the lid, and place it in the freezer on a flat surface. Freeze at -18°C or below for 4-8 hours (preferably overnight for daytime use). 2.Before first use, wash the ice-press plate, crushed-ice sleeve, and ice-cup holder with warm soapy water. Wipe the motor head with a damp cloth only—never immerse it. 3.The ice-press plate is pre-assembled. Insert the motor head into the main stand and place the unit on a stable table. Remove the frozen ice cup, take off the lid and tip the cylindrical ice block into the ice-cup holder. 4.Align the ice box support with the two retaining slots on either side of the machine’s motor head. Safety switch: Push it into the slots until you hear a “click,” then the ice box support is secure. (The machine will not work if it is not properly positioned; it has a safety switch.) Then place the shaved ice container tray onto the receiving tray on the machine’s support. 5.Insert the AC power cord connector into the AC socket on the back of the machine’s motor head, ensuring it is fully inserted. Plug the power cord into an AC 120V power outlet to connect the power. 6.Press and hold the 3g Power Button. The motor will start, and the ice press plate will descend while rotating, shaving the ice. Once the ice press plate reaches the bottom, the motor will stop automatically. Release the button. Your shaved ice is ready in the container tray. (You may add syrup, fruit, condensed milk, etc., to taste.) Note: Use ice cubes or marbles. Place the crushed ice in the ice box holder, then put the ice cubes or marbles into the ice box holder. Follow the above steps. Tip: Hold the pulse button for about 5 sec each time while slowly turning the blade-height knob toward “COARSE” for thicker flakes; turn the opposite way for finer snow. 7.At a certain blade height, cutting may not be possible. Please adjust the “Adjustable Blade Knob” toward the “Finite” setting while adjusting the blade height. If cutting is still not possible, flip the ice block over and reinstall it. An uneven ice surface may also prevent proper cutting. If cutting remains unsuccessful after adjusting the blade height, rotate the ice press plate lifting handle downward to press into the ice, then turn it upward again until the ice press plate is fully embedded in the ice block. Safety Tip: Rotary Shaft Adjuster After extended use, the adjustment mechanism may loosen, reducing the downward pressure of the ice press plate and causing slippage during the dispensing. In such cases, adjust it with a screwdriver. Turning it clockwise increases the pressure of the ice press plate, while turning it counterclockwise decreases the pressure. 8.After confirming that the shaved ice is complete, disconnect the power and unplug the appliance. Turn the ice press plate lifting handle clockwise to raise the plate to its highest position. Then, manually lift out the ice box holder and unscrew the ice press plate from the motor unit shaft by turning it counterclockwise. Rinse all parts thoroughly with clean water. Caution: The blades are sharp and the press plate nails may cause injury. Wipe the holder dry with a cloth and allow all parts to drain and dry completely to prevent rust or mold. 9.Note: A small amount of residual ice should be left in the machine as protection to prevent blade damage; it doesn’t mean the ice can’t be shaved completely.

Carriers

We primarily use USPS and UPS for U.S. deliveries. Items shipped from international warehouses may be handled by partner carriers depending on the country of origin.

Import Duties & Taxes

All import duties and taxes for goods imported into the United States are included in the product price. There are no hidden fees or additional charges at checkout.

Tracking & Notifications

Every order is fully trackable. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If your order ships in multiple packages, each package will have its own tracking number. If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation immediately, your order is still being processed and will arrive within the estimated timeframe shown at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before they ship. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but you may request a return after the item is delivered.

Order Cancellation Policy

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been shipped.
Once the package has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible; however, you may still request a return after receiving your order.

How to Return an Item

Our team will provide you with return instructions and a prepaid return label.

Shipping Cost for Returns

Please contact us before returning any item.

We may provide a return shipping label for your return. If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product, we will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to the customer’s reason, such as ordering the wrong item, changing your mind, or no longer needing the item, the original shipping fee and the return label fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

If a return is sent back without prior contact or without using our provided label, we cannot be held responsible for any return shipping costs or delivery issues.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item if shipped independently.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • In-store returns are refunded to the original form of payment or issued as a gift card.
  • Mail-in returns using our prepaid label are refunded to the original payment method within 3–5 business days after we receive your return.

Please allow:

  • 5–7 business days for the return to reach our Returns Center.
  • An additional 3–10 business days for your bank to post the refund to your account.
