This is a 12 volt DC (ranges from 12-18 volts DC) bulb that fits directly into your Maier headlight lens and works perfect with wiring harness. It is brighter, lasts longer, uses less watts (but is 10x brighter per watt), and will not melt wires if kept on too long (it does not get hot like traditional bulbs). No wiring modification needed! This bulb is custom made with a front projection lens, the beam angle is 360 degrees, it has a plastic molded base with a rubber gasket and an alloy body.
