- Directions – For initial use, twist the bottom part of the pen (about 5 to 10 full turns) until oil appears on brush. Brush oil around cuticles. Massage until oil absorbs. Oil can also be applied on bare nails to help nail growth. Safe to use on nails with polish, gel, acrylic or powder (be sure enhancement product on nail is completely dry before applying oil to cuticles).
